About these templates

Memorial Program Notes is made by Olsen Industries LLC, 2A Floyd Drive, Totowa, NJ 07512. The templates are free to use.

How they work

The obituary tools and the program maker run entirely in your browser. What you type and the photos you add stay on your device. We never receive them.

Who writes them

Templates and sample wording are written by our team with the help of AI tools. The program layouts were designed and drawn for this site. We do not supply readings or anyone else's writing. If you would like to add something by another author, you can type it in yourself. If you add a poem, song or Bible reading, check whether you need permission to print it. Your funeral home or church can often help.

What this is not

We are not a funeral home, law firm or religious organization, and this site is not affiliated with any funeral home, church or template provider. These pages are not legal, medical or religious advice. Check with your clergy or funeral home for anything specific to your faith or your area.

Corrections and takedowns

If you find a mistake, something that could be gentler, or you believe something here is yours, please write to us. We respond within 5 business days and correct or remove material when it is warranted.
